1. Introduction
This Bridal Booking Agreement outlines the terms relating to bridal spray tanning services provided by Cherry Blossom Tanning Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”).
Due to the time-sensitive and special nature of wedding services, additional terms apply to bridal appointments and group bridal bookings.
By booking bridal services, clients agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Mandatory Bridal Trial Appointment
All bridal spray tanning bookings require a trial appointment prior to the wedding date.
Trial appointments are mandatory to:
- assess colour suitability,
- identify preferences,
- review skin preparation,
- discuss aftercare,
- and reduce the risk of dissatisfaction on the wedding day.
Wedding-day appointments may be refused where no prior bridal trial has been completed with Cherry Blossom Tanning Ltd.
3. Trial Timing Recommendation
We recommend bridal trials take place:
- approximately 2–6 weeks before the wedding date,
- and before major skin treatments, holidays, or aesthetic procedures where possible.
This allows sufficient time for adjustments if required.
4. Bridal Booking Confirmation
Bridal appointments are subject to availability and are not confirmed until agreed directly with Cherry Blossom Tanning Ltd.
Large bridal or group bookings may require:
- additional scheduling coordination,
- travel arrangements,
- or advance planning.
5. Preparation & Aftercare
Bridal clients are responsible for following all preparation and aftercare instructions provided before treatment.
Failure to follow guidance relating to:
- exfoliation,
- shaving,
- moisturising,
- skincare products,
- clothing,
- or shower timing,
may affect the final result.
Cherry Blossom Tanning Ltd accepts no responsibility for results affected by failure to follow preparation or aftercare advice.
6. Wedding-Day Results Disclaimer
Spray tanning results vary between individuals depending on:
- skin tone,
- skin condition,
- hormones,
- medications,
- preparation,
- and aftercare.
While every effort is made to achieve the desired result discussed during the trial appointment, exact colour outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
7. Group Bridal Bookings
For bridal parties or group bookings:
- one lead contact may be required,
- booking coordination may be handled centrally,
- and appointment timing must be adhered to carefully.
We reserve the right to amend scheduling where delays occur.
Additional travel fees or minimum booking requirements may apply for larger bridal groups.
8. Mobile Bridal Appointments
For mobile bridal appointments, clients must ensure:
- suitable indoor space,
- safe access,
- adequate lighting,
- ventilation,
- and sufficient setup space for equipment.
Parking charges, congestion fees or venue access fees may apply where relevant.
9. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Due to the reserved nature of bridal appointments, late cancellations may affect future booking availability.
Where significant preparation or travel arrangements have already been made, additional charges may apply.
10. Photography & Social Media
Photographs may only be used for marketing or social media purposes with the client’s express consent.
Clients may decline photography usage without affecting their booking or service quality.
11. Health & Contraindications
Bridal clients are responsible for disclosing:
- allergies,
- medical conditions,
- skin sensitivities,
- pregnancy,
- and any contraindications prior to treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment where concerns regarding safety or suitability arise.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cherry Blossom Tanning Ltd shall not be liable for:
- dissatisfaction arising from undisclosed conditions,
- failure to follow preparation or aftercare guidance,
- indirect or consequential losses,
- or delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing within this agreement excludes liability which cannot legally be excluded under English law.
13. Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right to amend this Bridal Booking Agreement at any time.
Updated versions will be published on our website with a revised effective date.
